Terms for booking an agency/corporate workshop

Classes are not considered officially “booked” until 50% of the agreed-upon fee for the class has been received and processed.

 

If you have to cancel your corporate social media workshop for any reason up to 15 or more calendar days prior to the corporate training class, we will refund 100% your payment, minus any hard costs incurred for travel, facilities, and/or materials.

 

If you have to cancel your social media for business class for any reason up to 14 calendar days prior to the class, we will refund 75% your payment minus any hard costs incurred for travel, facilities, and/or materials.

 

If you cancel your corporate social media event for any reason up to 7 calendar days prior to the class, we will refund 50% your payment minus any hard costs incurred for travel, facilities, and/or materials.

 

Public Workshop Terms

As an attendee to a publicly-held workshop (which you have paid to attend), if you have to cancel your registration for any reason up to 15 days prior to the class, we will refund 100% of your payment. Cancellations up to and including on the day of the workshop incur a 25% cancellation fee.
